By using nextin.com website in any way you agree to all of the Terms of this Agreement:

Submission Guidelines (Please Read Carefully):

Only Christian sites and sites of interest to Christians are allowed!

( Submit your site to the most appropriate sub-category. When accepted, your site listing will also appear in "New Links" on our Home page. ) 

1.       Sites must be written in English or have an English translation.

2.       Submit your web site to just one, most appropriate, category or sub-category.  

3.       No porn, gambling/casino, warez, hate, drug, sinful, or other offensive sites allowed.

4.       Unresponsive or under-construction sites will be rejected.

5.       Sites offering little or no original content will be rejected.

6.       Sites created only for displaying AdSense or affiliate ads will be rejected.

7.       Do not submit several identical sites or doorway pages or all will be deleted.

8.       Submissions that contain errors, bad grammar, or keyword stuffing will be rejected.

9.       Only submit your homepage - do not submit sub-folders or sub-pages.

10.    Use official website title only - keyword stuffed titles will be deleted or changed.

11.    Do not capitalize the first letter of every word in descriptions or use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS.

12.    Do not use ALL CAPITAL LETTERS in title.

13.    Submissions via email are not accepted.

14.    We reserve the right to modify the title and description of any and all websites we list, to provide a better end user experience.

15.Regular Links: All listings are internally ranked 0 to 10 points based on site quality, PR, and the location of our reciprocal link on your home page or links page, (FOR EXAMPLE: how many clicks away your links page is from your home page). Internal Rank 10 = very top of category, ONLY quality Christian sites with PR 3 or higher, requires a reciprocal link placed on your home page prior to submitting your link suggestion. Internal Rank 1 to 9 = upper middle of category, ONLY quality Christian sites with PR 1 or higher, requires a reciprocal link placed on your home page prior to submitting your link suggestion.  Internal Rank 0 = bottom of category requires no reciprocal link and also gets the lowest priority on the list of sites to review. 

16.Featured Links (1 year): Requires a quality Christian site with PR 3 or higher, and the payment of a one year advertising fee of $12 via PayPal. Payment is due upon acceptance of your site. Featured links appear above all other listings in a category.

If your site adheres to our "Terms of Service" page, including our submission guidelines, your site will very likely be accepted.   

By using nextin.com website in any way you agree to all of these Terms of Service:

1.       Our editors have the right to accept or reject any site submitted. 

2.       Our editors may alter the title and/or description of your submission.

3.       Our editors may place your site in the category that they believe most relevant.

4.       Our editors have the right to delete any listing for any reason.

5.       You agree to indemnify Nextin, Inc. for any and all damages caused by you or your site.

6.       You fully understand that you are solely responsible for the accuracy, completeness and propriety of all written, verbal and visual information expressed or implied in any of your content.

7.       You agree NOT to violate the intellectual property rights (including, but not limited to, copyright, trademark, or privacy) of others; and NOT to commit fraud or any other unlawful act.

8.       You agree to indemnify and hold Nextin, Inc. harmless from all liabilities, damages, costs and expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees), resulting from or caused by your content, or any reply to any of your content made by a respondent. We are not responsible for any damage (monetary, physical, or psychological), including, but not limited to, direct or indirect, incidental or consequential, special, punitive, or exemplary damages, resulting from your use www.nextin.com. We do not guarantee uninterrupted or error-free service. There is no express or implied merchantability or fitness for use or noninfringement. This entire service or any portion of the nextin.com website can be shut down, or changed at any time without notice or liability to you. You agree that California law (regardless of conflicts of law principles) shall govern this Agreement, and that any dispute arising out of or relating to this Agreement shall be subject to the courts in the county of Sonoma, state of California, USA, and you irrevocably consent to the jurisdiction of such courts. If a court of competent jurisdiction holds any provision of this Agreement invalid, the remainder of this Agreement will stay in effect. We may modify the subject provision to make it valid and enforceable as a matter of law. This Users Agreement comprises the entire agreement between you and Nextin, Inc.
